- Overview
ChefGPT is an AI-powered recipe app for Android that helps home cooks turn the ingredients they already have into recipes worth making. Built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, it combines AI-generated recipe suggestions with core cooking-companion features — ingredient-based search, saved favourites, shopping lists, and meal planning — all backed by Firebase for authentication and cloud storage.
I led the UX/UI design for the full mobile experience, from early flows through high-fidelity screens and a reusable design system, then stayed involved through UI integration and localisation during the build so design intent survived into the final product.
